Our Company sells goods at a distance through its e-shop inaolia.gr, (hereinafter referred to as Services) respecting the provisions of Law 2251/1994, in conjunction with the provisions of Law 4242/2014 and other applicable legislation. The store manager is Ms. Athena Karantona. Any provision and use of the Website and these Services by the visitor/user (hereinafter referred to as “User”) is subject to the following Terms and Conditions of privacy policy. inaolia.gr follows a special procedure in order to safeguard the protection of personal data that the User knowingly and voluntarily enters through the Website and knowingly and voluntarily discloses to our company such as, Name, Address, Postal Code, Telephone, E-mail, (hereinafter “Personal Data”) and sets the following Privacy Policy Terms and Conditions. Liability of the Company Our company is not liable or liable for any damage resulting from failure to provide support services and does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or that there will be no technical error due to the nature of the Internet. The company is not liable to customers/users for damages that may arise from the execution or not of their order or for errors in the data entered by the user/customer in the order forms, as well as for any errors in prices or product features. The company also reserves the right to the time of delivery of the products in cases of force majeure.

You agree that you will not use this website to (a) illegally collect or store data about other users; (b) send, post or transmit any content that is illegal or causes harm to our company or any third party; (c) send, reproduce, publish, e-mail, or otherwise transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade dress, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party. The responsibility for the general use of the website and for the content of transactions belongs exclusively to the user/customer. Any illegal use of the website automatically results in the termination of the services provided without any notice. The courts of Athens will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim that may arise from the Terms and Conditions of the Privacy Policy.
