Returns Policy

You can change the product you purchased and request its replacement with another one if there is a specific reason, within 30 working days from the date of receipt, provided you register your request by sending us an e-mail to our e-mail address: info@inaolia.com, or by telephone contact with our store. The product must then be sent to us within seven (7) working days from the date of approval of the return request, using a courier company and upon request.
